All the products of our EMILIA BUTCHERY are prepared fresh on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Shipments are made only on Wednesday and Thursday of each week by refrigerated van at a constant temperature between 0° and 4° C. At the moment the shipment is possible ONLY in ITALY.

They are a perfect quick lunch for those who want to make the best of their short breaks. Hamburgers are not all the same. We choose only prime quality meat and carefully prepare each one by hand. Our wish is that you can savour a precious moment in time and enjoy one of our hamburgers.
Cooking: Cook the burgers for about 4 minutes on each side on a hot skillet. When cooked through, remove the burgers from the pan. Now it's time to compose your sandwich: spread a sauce, place a slice of salad, add the burger, cheese and tomato.
