Hamburger with Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
All the products of our EMILIA BUTCHERY are prepared fresh on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Shipments are made only on Wednesday and Thursday of each week by refrigerated van at a constant temperature between 0° and 4° C. At the moment the shipment is possible ONLY in ITALY.
The word “Hamburger” originally derives from Hamburg, Germany, where it’s believed it was easy to find delicious patties of ground meat. In Italy, we sometimes call it “Svizzera” (Switzerland).
Our Emilia hamburger is a one-of-a-kind experience. Beef and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (aged 36 months) are the two ingredients that will make your barbeques with friends, or family dinners, special. There’s no need to wait for a special occasion to enjoy it. Any day is the right day. Create new recipes and have fun pairing your hamburger with different types of sauces or bread. And don’t forget to enjoy it with your favourite beer.
Cooking: Cook the burgers for about 4 minutes on each side on a hot skillet. When cooked through, remove the burgers from the pan. Now it's time to compose your sandwich: spread a sauce, place a slice of salad, add the burger, cheese and tomato.
