Our nectars are natural and contain 75% select locally grown fruit artisanally processed the day after the harvest. The sous-vide cooking technique maintains all the original flavour and aroma. It is like enjoying freshly picked fruit.
- Many people think that Percoca is a hybrid between a peach and an apricot, perhaps because of its name or colour. But it’s actually a peach with a delicate taste and intense aroma.
Unlike nectarines, Percoca peaches have a yellow pulp that firmly embraces the kernel. What these peaches have in common is their 100% natural nectar that we can enjoy every hour of the day. So have a glass in the morning for a boost of sweet energy, or add it to your alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails in the evening. -
